If there’s one event that anyone and everyone in the student housing sector is keen to attend each year, it’s Property Week’s Student Accommodation conference. From developers to investors, delegates will be debating the future of student housing and sharing knowledge and best practice from around the UK and beyond.
This year’s event will be held at 155 Bishopsgate, London on 3 December, with luxury student accommodation provider Collegiate AC sponsoring the conference for the fifth year in a row.
Eri Cuanalo, CEO of Collegiate AC, comments,
“Being associated with Student Accommodation on such a long-term basis is important to Collegiate AC. Our brand is all about offering students the very best and presenting a luxury lifestyle option during their university days. This means striving to stay at the forefront of the sector so far as innovation and development are concerned and our involvement with Student Accommodation is just one of the ways that we do that.”
Collegiate AC will be sponsoring the networking drinks at this year’s Student Accommodation. The drinks reception is the formal end to the proceedings, with delegates, speakers and presenters coming together to network and discuss how to take forward the lessons of the day.
Collegiate AC CEO Eri Cuanalo will also be speaking in one of the event’s focus sessions, demonstrating how design-led schemes such as those at Collegiate AC can provide a company with competitive advantage in the student housing sector.
Water Lane Apartments in Bristol amply demonstrates the concept. The high specification, beautifully designed studio apartments from Collegiate AC provide student homes like no others, just a short walk from the city centre. From the club lounge to the cinema room, the open study areas to the private gym, the building blends cutting edge interior design elegance with a contemporary approach to the use of space and lighting. The result is a student housing scheme that stands apart from its peers, exciting residents and investors alike.
