Collegiate achieves market leading customer satisfaction in the UK and Europe.
The professionally managed PBSA sector achieves fantastic customer satisfaction each year in independently conducted customer research.
This year the sector achieved an average 80% customer satisfaction score – that is just higher than the leading hotel group did in the hotel sector, Premier Inn, with 79%.
Collegiate is focused on delivering the leading student experience and it was fantastic to record an overall customer satisfaction score of over 86% across our UK and European portfolio for properties that completed by the end of August this year.
Even better, across the properties that Collegiate designed, using our registered bedroom designs and our design and development management support service, our score was over 89% - including in Iberia where we achieved a customer satisfaction score of over 90%!
